YOU DONT VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! ☹️☹️☹️

.Sent this over email AND their website...ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO!!! Attached Pics and everything!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

Location: The Waterfront,. Bloemfontein

After some month-end shopping we ordered 2 pizzas for supper. It did not dawn on me to check the pizzas until we got home. As you can see from the pictures... They were BURNED... The bottom crust was a bit under cooked... And the pizza was dry!!!!!

I was severely disappointed!!!

It was not an option coming back at that hour. We were using public transportation and coming back to the mall (2 taxis)... & Returning back home... Another 2 taxis that was just a waste of time and money!!!!

Please explain to me what could have possibly went wrong here. This was my kid's weekend treat and they were so sad and disappointed... I've had other issues with the brand over the years, but never a quality of food issue that is this BAD🤔😲 I do apologize that I do not have the receipt anymore... I threw it out while still at the mall... I was not expecting to have issues with your food
