I am very angry with the terrible, disgusting and disrespectful service I just received from derbonairs pizza in the selcourt branch. I have made an online order at 19:15 my order was confirmed and everything was fine, after 45 mins I called and made a follow up they said the driver is about to leave the restaurant and coming to my place. After I waited for more than an hour they called and said they cant deliver to my place because it shows that I am in tsakane. I tried to call them and explained that I am not in tsakane I gave them a landmark that they should use to deliver they agreed, after that they called and said they can't deliver, when I wanted to ask questions the driver just hang up on me.I wonder if this is how u treat your daily customers. I am so ****ed and I don't see myself buying from this store again ever. I WILL ALSO TELL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO SET FOOT ON YOUR STORE AGAIN EVER!!!
