Wrong pizza

I order my pizza and because I wasn't sure about the flavors I told the lady that it is the one showing on tv recently; however, my pizza arrived within 20 minutes of order and it takes about 15 minutes to the complex, where else I have specified that it should arrive at 4 pm and worse the lady told me it was going to take about 40 minutes to prepare it, so this means I got someone else pizza it was cold and dry. Spoke to the rude manager he even hangs up the phone on me. so disappointed because the pizza won't cover the whole family.
