wrong order,cold and dry

I am only writing now because i don't have a phone with internet at the moment so i had to find a computer. yesterday I went to Debonairs in Germiston next to the taxi rank and ordered a real deal creamy chicken. My order was ready within 6 minutes, that surprised me but I thought ok, it's my lucky day. And then the person giving out orders took my slip, I was a lil suspicious but i though it's not a big deal. I went straight to catch a taxi and then I open my pizza its dry, cold and wrong base. It was BBQ instead of creamy chicken. Only God knows how long that pizza had been sitting wherever they were keeping it, it could have been sitting there for the past 5 hours. Clearly they made a wrong order for a customer and now i have to eat their mistakes? The irritating part is that last month in Mpumalanga, I was given the wrong order and luckily I checked before i left so i asked them to make me what I ordered. Your staff has very poor service and they think they are smart we customers are stupid clearly.
