Wrong order pizza

I ordered a creamy cram decker (half chicken, half beef) and paid an extra delivery fee, but I received the wrong order, it was only beef and very dry. I called multiple times to report the mistake, and they said they would send a driver to collect it, but no one ever came. Even worse when we kept calling our get hanged up when we keep saying we are waiting. Very disappointing experience.
