Wrong order given

So tonight 26.08.2022 at around 18.40pm we went to Lorraine gardens Pizza to order pizza. Our order was order no 201, we ordered a half BBQ chicken and half Tikka chicken double stack with extra cheese So we waited 25 min for our order... they finally called out our number... we went to collect and the lady took our slip to confirm our number and we left. I did not take my slip back again as well why do we need it... our pizza SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECT... or so we thought. So we went home, got settled in and wanted to dish.. but to our surprise we received a normal one layer pizza, whith hardly any extra cheese to say the least.. I'd live to know who then got our double stack pizza, because clearly we didn't... I don't have proof of the slip, but I do have a picture proving it was indeed a normal pizza and I have the bank notification proving my purchase

We were highly disappointed in this... as we had not bought pizza from u in over a year because of the exact same issue. Clearly nothing has changed.
