Wrong order

Bad experience, I ordered a special two medium pizzas for R135 plus a coke, but it did not add up and it appeared not to be a special on delivery, The delivery was wrong and R64 chocolate was added to the bill, I did not order it. The poor delivery man was confused, and I decided to pay and will launch a complaint afterwards, as it was not the delivery man's fault, so launch the complaint on the Debonairs website, to date no response or refund,
