Wrong order and bad servce

My husband wanted to treat me tonight, as we have been going through a tough time and recently received good news. I said I wanted pizza and sent him to Debonairs with our order. He wanted a large Hawaiian pizza and I wanted a large stuffed crust meaty pizza. She asked if extra cheese, he said no thank you. When he got home, we had extra mozzarella cheese (and were charged R32 extra) and my stuffed crust had only one layer with sausage, no cheese layer?! We will not be ordering or buying anything from them again, because even the teller did not seem interested in our business. What a disappointment! Why would we expect good food and good service and receive this mess?!
