Wrong order an plastic in food

It's such a sad case to be mislead by these food for industry. 1 st I order triple Deck cramp crust with extra cheese, sadly no extra cheese was added 2nd. I found a piece of plastic in my pizza which I'm eating with my 2 year old daughter an then we shouldn't complain but wait till kids have died. Really sad
