Wrong delivery, Raw Pizza and a rude manager

I bought a Pizza from Vincent Debonairs, East London and they had to deliver because it's Lockdown, firstly I had to wait 4 hours for my Pizza and when it arrived it was not what I ordered and it was raw when I went to Vincent and asked for the Manager she came and I showed her what they gave me but instead of trying to assist with the complaint she was so rude and told me there's nothing they can do and they wont refund or do anything about it
