Wow great customer service... NOT!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>Almost 2 months after my complaint and a PROMISE that it will get escalated to the relevant managers and department (which by the way is your anwser on every single complaint) no one has even attemted to call me or appologise... I must say I truly do understand why you have so many complaints on Hello Peter.. You do absolutely nothing to keep your customers happy...</p>
