Worst Take Away franchise... Seriously guys
<p>So, on the 13th Of January, 2017, I wrote a review about my dissatisfied, disappointing service from Debonairs Monument rd, Kempton Park... </p> <p> </p> <p>Now, as of tomorrow its officially 3 months... </p> <p> </p> <p>After a number of phone calls, and Facebook messages with a lot of promises, its been 3 months later, and NOTHING has happened. Im still waiting for my replacement order, which I never got, after waiting 3 hours for it to be delivered, watching the delivery guy drive away with my pizza while standing in the street. I was promised a voucher or credit on my app... Nothing, zilch... </p> <p> </p> <p>Well to you Debonairs! You are the worst fast food place ever. Your food is good, and thats about it... You have crab service, crab follow up, crab customer care, and very sarcastic staff in the franchises with attitudes that cant be beat... </p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible. I feel so sorry for Mr. Amien from Debonairs Mintys in Bedfordview, because now that is what you call service. My orders has been delivered in pouring rain, food piping hot, drivers so so friendly. And its never late, and they update you on your order... Now, if Amien could own every single Debonairs branch, you would never go out of business... </p> <p> </p> <p>But he doesnt, and unfortunately I would never ever buy from any of your other branches ever again... </p> <p> </p> <p>I didnt ask for much, I just wanted my food, Even after 3 hours, I still wanted my food. But 3 months is a bit much to ask... </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for your terrible TERRIBLE SERVICE</p>
