Worst service worst pizza

<p>I am a big fan of debonairs pizza, esp the chicken filla. My bf ordered a pizza tonight at 8:29 online from canal walk we only just received it at 10 and only stay 10 minutes away from canal walk. While waiting for our pizza to arrive we called and we're told it's on its way, will have it any moment, 30 mins later still no pizza, called again and was transfered 3 times and then the call got dropped. Eventually pizza came. Guy says he was lost and forgot his phone so couldn't call. Then took pizza out and dot was black and bf told him it should be free and guy told him no its black because of the rain. The pizza was ice cold and had to reheat in microwave and we ordered a half and half filla and it was just a chicken filla and almost no filling inside, no sauce no chicken. The pizza and service was just appalling. I will never er buy from canal walk debonairs again.</p>
