Worst service received from Debonairs the Islands Harties

I placed an order telephonicaly at Debonairs Pizza the Islands in Hartbee****rt. My order was not delivered in 1 hr 30 min and decided to call again to make a follow up,to my surprise I was told my order was canceled due to technical issues and have to re-order without any apology. This is poor service at a higher level.
