Worst Service Received

I’ve had the worst experience every single time I order from Sam Ntuli Debonairs. I constantly have to chase after my order, which is always delivered late. I’ve never enjoyed the online shopping experience with this branch—there’s absolutely no convenience, only frustration.

To make matters worse, instead of receiving proper service, the store manager chooses to tell me about their issues with delivery drivers—as if that should justify the poor service I’m receiving.

The only positive in this entire experience was Nokwanda, who took the initiative to escalate my complaint and followed up to check if I had been assisted. I truly appreciate her effort.

That said, I’m done with Debonairs. I will never order from them again. I’m switching to *Pizza Perfect*—at least they take customer service seriously.
