WORST SERVICE RECEIVED
Last night I called in to order for Delivery at 19:44 and I spoke to Mokgadi who was extremely rude and not helpful. I think you guys need to start recording your calls so you can hear what we subjected to as customers. I called again after a hour which was at 20:44 and I spoke to Charity who was even more useless firstly she was not helpful let alone apologizing for the service, she just said she will call the drive and find where he is. My food only arrived at 21:16 and I got a cold pizza. The service as this branch is always appalling to say the list, please advise if it is possible for me to order from Cosmo or Boksruin even though I stay in Northriding as I can't stand such service anymore.
