WORST SERVICE! - "My toddler just wanted pizza for her birthday."

On Saturday was my daughter's birthday and all she wanted for supper was pizza. So we ordered via their app for the first time, and after an hour my husband called Debonairs in Goodwood, Cape Town to check on our order. The guy on the phone said he will put my husband through to management and after a few seconds the call ended. My husband called a second time and the same thing happened. When he called the third time, and told the guy to NOT put him through to anyone, they guy at the store agreed, and then told my husband they will be done with the pizza in 30mins!

We were so upset as we didn't have anything ready-made for supper for my daughter and had to deal with a tired, hungry toddler who just wanted pizza for her birthday.

When the delivery guy arrived, my husband asked if there's any message from the Manager, and he said no. He said there is a delay on the system for online orders and when it's placed they receive it much later. WHY???? So why not inform the customer of this horrible glitch!

Nearly TWO HOURS later my child took 3 bites from her pizza and her eyes started closing. She was so hungry, but couldn't eat because she was too tired as it was late.

NO APOLOGY. NO NOTHING! I will take this to my blogger community to let them know how unprofessional you are and I will NOT support your sorry excuse for a store again.
