Worst service in history

I bought the crammed decker meaty at the Mall of Africa on Saturday 12 Oct 2019. When I received the pizza,The pizza hardly have the filling. Each slice has like 3-4 pieces of ham which were swimming in sauce. The only thing you could taste was the flour and the sauce. When I went to complain the manager told me that this is the standard method/serving for their pizzas, unless I was complaining that the ham itself had expired there is absolutely nothing he can help me with. I asked for the refund and he said no refund, Either you eat it or you lose your money, I could not eat that horrible thing so I left it there on the counter. I did not get any refund nor alternative meal, I lost the money and had to get alternative for my hungry son. I do not believe the attitude that I got from the"manager'.
