Worst service i've ever gotten

I went to debonairs Maponya mall last night , I placed an order at 7 pm. I waited for 30 minutes , they skipped my order. I asked the guy who was calling out orders about my order he said i'll get it soon, then he gave me the wrong pizza, I returned it ,he took the pizza and the slip and told me i'll get it within 5minutes .15 minutes later I'm still waiting for my pizza and no one knows how far is my order.I went to ask the guy who was calling out orders but he ignored me and I couldn't speak louder as I lost my voice because of flu.I went to the cashier to cancel the order and get my money back , she told me I should give her the slip.I explained to her that I gave it to the other guy, she asked him and he told her that he threw the slip away cause im irritating him. I asked for the manager, he came and was as rude as the guy.they refused to give me my money back and the pizza was still not done so I left .I went back after 5 min .I asked for my money then the manager opened the till,took out the money , threw it at me and dropped R5.I asked him to give me another R5 as we couldn't find the one he dropped.He gave it to me after I have threated to take him to hellopeter .
