Worst service from deboniars Phoenix plaza

The worst customer experience you would get is from debonair Phoenix plaza , where by u place an order online to which two and a half hours later ,spoke to two people to which only half order arrived , called the store regarding the entire order were we were told we rather send it back than eat it for free to which the pizza arrived in a soaking wet box, ice cold which I then spoke to the manager to now which we have to wait another 30-40mins for another order.
