Worst service from Debonairs!!!!!!

Worst treatment of customers by Debonairs pizza. Due limited time to cook, we decided to order Debonairs for delivery to an address in essellen park. Tracking the order, same showed that it’s has left the shop and at 19:08, a message came for me to rate their delivery. But the pizza had not arrived. Called the shop, very rude lady who answered the call just said I must just wait and although not said. Suggested I must just deal with it and wait. No offer to call the driver or anything else. The order eventually arrived at 20:00. This was a triple decker, but badly made. Last layer at the bottom was almost half the size that of the other two. Tasted very bad. We had to leave the pizza and go out to buy something else for supper. Clearly this is how people in the township are treated! Went onto their application to raise my concerns, then I’m offered a small triple decker as compensation. But with conditions, the same shop must make it for me. I’m not a beggar, I can buy my own food. Offer was rejected unless I’m given a voucher on my profile. I’m told it’s not possible. Well, customers are lost this way. There are many other pizza shops one can use. Keep your substandard and delayed pizzas.
