Worst service every

Had the worst service now from watergate debornairs. I tried to call the store 4 time already and no one answered then i called again finally got hold of them and asked where my order is i explained to the lady on the line that i placed my order over a hour again guess what this lady told me that it normally takes up to two hours to deliver a pizza i told her i want to speak to her manager the manager ( lady ) told me that there drivers bikes broke i asked her why didnt they inform me to let me know she said its not her job.
