Worst service ever, on such a special day

So firstly I'm celebrating my results and craving a pizza, debonaires pizza, I get there, the person assisting me was rude making me wait while she was chatting up a storm, then I order on the double pizza with one flavour being Spicy Chicken, and another being Creamy Chicken with extra cheese, fine I waited and waited, eventually getting my pizza irritated as ever, I hurry home to celebrate with the family and boo first pizza is a creamy chicken with extra cheese good I ordered that, then to my shock second pizza is another creamy chicken pizza, but this one didn't have extra cheese like what the hell is happening I'm not a walking distance away from Maponya its quite a drive, so no way would I go back but my night and dinner was ruined! That was not the worst of it no, the worst part is who ever was cutting the triangle slices was drunk and high on something cause wat I got was not triangle pieces but a puzzle I had to work through to find a proper piece! I'm hurt and so disappointed cause through everything I was really looking forward to the Spicy Chicken pizza! Debonaires Maponya Mall, I'm turned off your terrible service!
