Worst service ever no more

A couple of days ago I made an online order at 16.00pm for it to be delivered around 18:30pm at around that time I tried calling the store to check on my order kept get the call center and every time I explained what I wanted, I was sent to customer services which never picked up my calls. I was so disappointed again as this wasn't happening for the 1st time. Never again will I use the online service very useless.
