Worst service ever in my whole life.

I placed an order at Magglies view Rustenburg at 19:18 money was paid directly at 20:44 after the third time calling someone answered and apologise and then said its on its way that was a (lie) at 21:29 i started calling again only after the 7 attempt someone decided to answer just tell tell me how busy they are answer will it now be possibly for me to fetch my order, that's almost 3 hours later or they can't deliver my order anymore. So now they are not delivering anymore this is the worst service ever they have no clue what they are doing and have no costume service. My refund apparently can't be reversed but they will bring it to me tomorrow. This type of service from such a big establishment is pathetic.
