worst service ever in my life !!

ordered pizza for take away @ 17:05 , order rocks up at our premises at 19:50 with a load of ******** explanations of why so late (just up the road from us), never notified us of the situation. Card machine faulty and switches off the whole time . after notifying the driver our shift ends at 20:00 , he assured us that he will return in time with another card machine . Driver returns at 08:20 to find we have left , after making arrangements with co workers to inform the driver he must return first thing the next morning to come fetch the money as our company is just down the road from them . driver never returns today to fetch the money after arrangements were made , and at 15:00 we receive a threatening call from the assistant manager or whoever stating we have 30 min to pay or they are sending the police ????? Catch a wake up !!! Eventually sent their driver as the arrangement and received the payment ...
