Worst service ever from Debonairs Pizza Rustenburg, Magaliesview

I ordered pizza via the debonairs app. The order was received but an hour later no delivery. I called the store Magalies, Rustenburg Debonairs and Jeniffer answered and promised to call the driver and call back. Another 30 mins later the store is closed and no delivery. Wow. Just to add the other day I was at their store ordered pizza for my son and went to another store spent about 45 mins there came back and all other orders came out but mine until they had to ask what my number was and only then the pizza was made while I was at the store.
