Worst service ever from both cashier and manager

<p>I and my fiancé decided to order in, we called debonair Norwood around 7 and a lady called Thabitha Ngwenya took our order or so we thought, she adviced us that the order was going to take 45 minutes to be delivered, when the 45 minutes past, we called again around 8, and they didn't know us, or she also claimed again, when we told her we've been waiting forever for our order she became rude and dropped the phone on us, we called about 4 times and eventually we spoke to Justin Dlamini who answered by saying the driver had been waiting outside our house forever, which was very rude because no one helped us and at the same time we called them a number of times and they just did not care. The driver Marvelous tried to apologies and even called the manager to him to speak to us but the manager was not interested and he just did not care. What also amazes me the most is that the receipt that came had a time of 19:57 as the order time which clearly states that the girl did not even bother to punch our order in the system the first time we called. I am more than disappointed with the service and the attitude, I honestly truly will never order anything there again. </p>
