Worst service ever!!!

Debonairs Goodwood! WHAT A JOKE!! SO DISIPOINTED!! Oder number ***4. We ordered at 20:00. At 21:30 i decided to call the shop and they said that they were. So busy, but the driver is leaving the shop at that moment (I spoke to the manager). Another 45 min went by and still no pizza. I phoned again at 10:25 asking if the driver left and the manager told me that he left 5min ago! So after waiting for 2 and a half hours (maybe more) we decided that we were done with Debonairs bad/pathetic service and phoned the shop again and said we would like to cancel our order. The manager didnt even apologized and just said "okay mam". 20min later the driver arrived. We said we didnt want the pizza as it was anyway so cold that the cheese looked like rubber. Thank you so much debonairs for sending me a birthday voucher that i cant even use!!!! Really disgusted with their service. The same happend 2 weeks ago Saturday where we waited 1 hour and 50 min. Please work on your customer service.
