Worst service ever!

Yesterday I received the worst service from Debonairs Pizza Zevenwacht. I ordered the 10 party pack using the Debonairs app and (1) I got the wrong pizzas being delivered; (2) there were no serviettes; and (3) the toppings were so sp**** that the pizzas were almost tasteless. When I phoned them about the wrong order, that the two salami and olives were not there, they still could not admit their mistake and insisted that they delivered the right order and that I did not order salami and olives. No apology, whatsoever. I suggested that I send them a screenshot of my order, When I did, Christian said he would call me back in 3 minutes. It is now 17 hours, and I'm still waiting for him to call. I am so ****ed off because I am the one who paid for the pizzas and I am the one who was supposed to eat the salami and olives, which were missing.
