Worst service ever

Bought pizza at Kenako Mall Gqeberha at 18:08 on the 9/04/2025. Bought 3 the cashier was Phumza Patience. After 18:20 I saw them looking outside and laughing, I didn't mind them until the other lady at 18:40 told me to go get my pizza as they said I will wait till they close, reason is why did I come after6.

My pizza was in a warmer asked why did not call as I am the only one in the waiting area, they looked at each other n said nothing.
