Worst service ever!!!!

Placed an order on the app at 19h13. Can't trace the order after a while. At 20h22 I phone Debonairs Springs Gate to hear about the order, when they put me through to the manager. Gave the manager my cellphone whereby she responded and said they have tried to phone us back on the 083 nr but no one answered because they don't deliver in our area. I asked her why is she phoning to a 083 nr as we don't have such a nr. Thuli is rude and very unprofessional and should not even be able to talk to customers as she does not listen. In my life I will never support Debonairs again and will tell all my family and friends.
