Worst service ever by debonairs ever

Placed an order on their call centre at 5pm and call centre agent Sfiso says they will deliver at 6pm,sounded distracted. 6:12,order not delivered ,I call back they take forever on the query options I redial to"order" 1 second SfisolaterSfison says it's not his problem he did his part. 2 hrs later pizza comes cold and delivery guy Thabang says it's not his problem as there are many orders!!! Whose fault is it? I've never been so irritated with bad service as today...I show him the box and that I don't have to pay for a cold pizza, he feels it and says it's still warm I should...wthell.
