Worst service ever

Can Debonairs please tell me the main purpose of ordering online if the order will not be prepared. I ordered at debonairs kaalfontein for collection, when I got to the store I was told that they only prepare once the client is at the store. I even called after ordering online to confirm when I can collect it. The call centre agent promised that they are preparing it. The store agent took a cellphone and show me a WhatsApp from a manager by the name of Nthabiseng to say they must not do it. Even after I called and confirmed that I'm on my way. I called the manager as she was not at the store, she was very rude and did not care about my complain. WHY SHOULD WE ORDER ONLINE WE THE ORDER WILL NOT BE PREPARED
