Worst service ever and bad attitude

I called in to make a pick up order while I was on my way to the store using a metered taxi and I asked the cashier how much the extra cheese is nd she refused to tell me but she would only if I am telling her if I want it or not and I found it hard to decide on something I do not know of. She then told me the amount of my order with no cheese and hanged , according to her when I arrived she said she tried calling me back and now I had to wait with a metered taxi for over 15minutes for the pizza and I was being charged for the time waiting. She did not even apologise even when I told her she was ill disciplined. I want her to apologise to me and repay the costs for my metered taxi...She saw it while she brought the pizza to me. Please train your staff and if my orders are not upheld I will take this matter further
