Worst Service Ever ..

I Placed an order via the app they said they are preparing my food .. and before sending out/delivering my food they closed the shop and went home .. I spoke to the manager and they where very rude and unhelpfull and even After contacting Famous brands head office did i atleast get a refund .. but like seriously .. last time im every ordering there .. they are losing alot of business with there poor Customers service
