Worst service ever

Ordered pizza at 17:40 its now 19:44 and no delivery. The delivery guy or the store failed to contact me about the delay until i called the store to ask why there is a delay. Even after that the delivery guy kept lying about his location until i canceled the order yet on their app it says i received my order. Worst service ever at nko****owa debonairs if they don't communicate they lie
