Worst service ever!!!

I have never experienced such bad service from the restaurant as I did the past weekend. I have always used online ordering and making eft payments. This time it took me 4 calls to them and I was told that “the manager” will call me. Which never happened. After 3 hours of not getting the meal delivered I went to the store. Which I never got any help. 4 hours later I was contacted by Mr manager who said the delivery guy got lost. Still waiting for my refund, nothing!!!
