Worst service ever.

Worst service ever. I've place an order for 1 pizza, after 60mins of waiting I called into the branch they told it will take another 40 min... I am now waiting for more than 2hours. What's the point in ordering a take away if you're going to wait so long. I could've made my own pizza at home in less than a hour!!!
