Worst Service Ever

I ordered pizza online from Debonairs Engen Silverton, I ordered at 15:20 on 15 May, it's the next day16 May, I still haven't received my order. I tried calling the restaurant, to no success. I called the call centre numbers, just to be told my call will be forwarded to the restaurant and they'll call me back. They didn't call back. This is the most horrible experience ever. My family had a special occasion and the food never arriving spoiled our night. I knew there were restrictions in terms of time wrt the lockdown, but honestly I called so many times. I paid the order online and I still don't know if they'll refund me. I will never support them again
