Worst service ever

So I ordered a pizza at your Kuilsriver branch at 19:02 and waited for the delivery. @ 19:36 the branch called to advise that they don't deliver to my address (which I found weird as I had ordered from them before). Anyway they advised me to order through Zevenwacht which I did immediately. The guy I spoke to advised that there was an order in the system for me and that it would be delivered in about 15-25 minutes. I then called back to request for the driver to have change on him for payment, and someone else answered and advised that in fact there is no order in the system for me? Extremely confused at this point, I told the lady it was fine I just wanted to order and get my food. The order was then placed at only 19:52 and I then waited another 50 minutes for delivery. Finally we received delivery at 20:45pm. Firstly, the dot was definitely not red upon delivery, yet I still paid the driver, and even tipped him. What happened to your if it's black it's free?? Then let's get to the content of the box. Appalling to see the state the pizza was in! It looks as if it had been thrown around, and literally thrown together in a hurry not stacked properly. My girlfriend honestly thought it wasn't a complete pizza. It doesn't look appetizing at all! Is this the kind of service delivery you offer your clients?? Consumers use their hard earned money to pay for this? We were expected to have this for supper? I am truly disgusted and disappointed at the level of service received. Please guys, get your mess sorted out!!!
