Worst service ever

I just experienced a terrible service from Debonairs Phumulani Mall, I called to place an order on half/half triple decker pizza, I was told its not possible and the pizza I am looking for is a special, and I was being forced to take order something I do not like. The worst thing the lady I spoke to was busy continuing to speak another language that I do not understand. Im so disappointed
