Worst service ever!!!

I have experienced the poorest service at Debonairs Pizza in Cosmo City. I ordered a pizza at 5pm but only received it good after 7pm. No one bothered to call me and so I had to call the branch over and over again to find out what was going on. With MY airtime!!! Only to finally get a that was cold and honestly the worst pizza I have ever had, which we could not even consume. Mind you, this isn't the first, or even the second time I've experienced such terrible service from his franchise. The manager, I was told Zanele, at Debonairs can confirm how horribly dissatisfied I was and I honestly will never ever order from them again. Worst service and food ever!!!
