Worst service ever

It's now 19:47 and still no delivery since I paid for my order at 15:33...even when calling them they are failing to account for their actions. The manager is nowhere to be found even the 2nd in charge is apparently unreachable. I even called their customer care since the head office is closed and they lodged a complained against the branch but still no call from the branch. It is clear that they don't care about their customers and don't need their job since their covering each other's back instead of looking out for their valuable asset(customer). I want action to be taken against all the employees who were in since 15:33 until the last call I made to the branch which was at 19:36.
