Worst Service EVER!!!

<p>Just because Debonairs has great pizza, doesn't mean I'll be ordering from Gezina ever again. I've been ordering with them for over 3 years, at the least once a week and my order is always over R200, but the last couple of months their service has gone down the drain! In February I tried to order online for the first time, I was called and told that the ovens weren't working. Few days later I thought I'll try it again, after an hour I phoned and was told they never received my order, which I then told them to just leave it, 15 minutes later they showed up with my order, so I sent them away. I was phoned immediately by the manager, after I explained what happened, the manager told me that they will be sending me a free pizza that night to apologise, I'm still waiting for that! So we went back to ordering over the phone, like we use to. They recently had a system update, so I had to give them all my details, all over again, like it's free phoning them and having to repeat every single word at least three times, cause they can't hear! Now when I phone to order, their system picks up my number and everthing is already there for them, it went well for a few weeks. Last Friday was the last straw, I phone my order in and my number isn't on their system. I want to pick up the pizza, as I was driving from work, but still had to give my address and all my details once again, repeating everthing once again, cause they can never hear anything! When I got there, they didn't have my order, since the lady got my name wrong and it was sent as a delivery after I told her twice that it's a collection.</p> <p>I'm not sure where Debonairs Gezina finds their employees, but because of them and the continuous bad service, I will be spending my money, once a week at Romans Pizza or Pizza Perfect!</p>
