Worst service ever

<p>We ordered pizza online, 19h00. It is now 20h01 and we still haven't received the food. Called the branch to ask what is going on. The dropped the phone in my ear. Phone back, ask to speak to manager, she told me she is the manager. Told her i am waiting for my food for an hour. She can't tell me how far is my order. No solution for my questions. Worst experience ever. Never again... would have taken less time to cook 5 course meal. </p>
