Worst service ever

I have been waiting for a refund for Debonairs Philip Nel Park for 19 days. Every time I call customer care they say they will follow up with the branch manager. And when he called back after 2 weeks told me only the area manager can give me answers and gave me a number of him. I have called his number numerous times but no answer. So after 19 days of my complaint I still have Na answer I have called so many times I can't remember 8 still haven't received my money back. And just to clarify I also didn't receive my food. This is so bad I would really recommend no one, the service is bad, management and the area manager no one does there jop.
