Worst service ever

I ordered online and I was told that the order will be ready in 20 minutes, I go to the store 30 minutes later n ask if it’s ready they said no without even checking the other orders on the stand, I stood there while people came n left and finally after 50 minutes of waiting the lady checked the order on the reck n it was ready all along and wen I asked her why she did not check in the first place she shouted at me she was so rude and we even ended up causing a scene where everyone would hear us to my surprise there was no manager on-site when all this transpired she got so loud I thought she was gonna hit me just for asking why didn’t she check the reck for my order when I asked her her name is Nothando.
