Worst service

Went to buy pizza and placed my order on the self service machine and waited for my order to be called and then stood up to check if it's done but the staff just ignored me and carried on with their chat and the other one was even on his phone, I had to ask them to assist me whilst they can see that I have a receipt on my hand. No apology or any form of remourse when they gave me my pizza. I'm so disappointed and will never go back there ever!
