Worst service delivery ever no care at all f

I was standing in line waiting to order two pizzas for a fair price and when I asked it was said I have one I option of paying R153 for the combination of these two pizzas. As I walked back to my seat to wait I saw there was indeed a special on two pizzas like I wanted at R119 which wasn't suggested to me I turned back around asked to change my order for the special not longer than 10 seconds after placing my original order and I was told out right No and that I have to take what I get. This is extremely poor service as a quick cancellation that would have taken 2 seconds would have saved me R40 it might sound like a small amount but it's my money. The possible shouldn't be made to be impossible just because you are too tired and lazy and it's close to closing time it was only 10 o'clock and you stay open till 11 o'clock service standards should be the same throughout the whole shift or you should close earlier if your cashiers don't have the energy I mean it was 10 seconds how can you tell me it's impossible thinking about it I should have cancelled the whole order all together and demanded my money back instead of rolling over and taking it from that women.What a waste of $
